Join us for a weekend of Camping Fun! All programs are free and you do not have to be camping to attend our programs. Rain dates will be held in the Visitor Center Classroom. Vehicle passes are required for vehicles entering state parks.

We hope you’re hungry! “Meat” us at the amphitheater for some camp cook tips, tricks, and taste testing. The s’more you know, the better off your camping trip will be!
Dakota Explorers: Camping Games and Hacks

Visitor Center Classroom at 10 am
If you think you know what it takes to be the savviest camper around, think again. Come on down to the visitor center for some new and improved camp hacks! We will finish off by playing all your favorite camping yard games.
Trail Trekkers
Saturday, June 11
Playground Parking Lot at 1 pm
Approximate Distance: 2 miles
Join us for a group hike! This trail has water crossings so be prepared. We will be leaving promptly at the start time. If you arrive late, follow route listed above to find us. Leashed pets welcome.
