Located only a half mile from Lake Metigoshe State Park, Little Metigoshe State Recreation Area is a free use area. Visitors can enjoy the sand volleyball court, picnic and grilling area, and fishing dock. Vault toilet facilities and free parking. During the winter, this is also a lake access point for ice fisherman.
