Come celebrate the Christmas spirit at Fort Ransom State Park's Christmas in July! Decorate your campsite for Christmas. There will also be a parade around the campgrounds to see Santa and get some treats!
Friday, July 16
4-6 pm—Sunne Farm Tour at the Sunne Farm
8 pm—Arctic Animals presentation at the Visitor Center
Saturday, July 17
9-10 am—Coffee with the Campground Hosts at Campsite 27
10 am—Guided Hike starting at Abel’s Hole picnic shelter
1 pm—Christmas Crafts at the Visitor Center
- Create your own Pinecone Bird Feeder, Snowflakes & Greeting Cards
2 pm– Learn how Birds survive winter. Burr! At the Visitor Center
3-3:30 pm—Christmas & Bike Parade
- Santa will be riding around the campgrounds passing out treats, so make sure you’re out to greet him on his Fort Ransom State Park Sleigh! If you have one, bring your bike and join us during the parade with all your holiday spirit!
4-6 pm—Sunne Farm Tour at the Sunne Farm
8 pm— Bring your smartphone and learn how to use the iNaturalist app at the Amphitheater
- Download the iNaturalist app and learn to take photos to gain a greater understanding of the natural world by uploading and sharing your photos
Sunday, July 18
10 am—Guided Hike starting at the Visitor Center
1-3 pm—Sunne Farm Tour at the Sunne Farm
