Evening Hike Series: Full Snow Moon Candlelight Hike

Step into the great outdoors with Fort Stevenson State Park’s Evening Hike Series! Back for 2025, this series features six unique evening hikes throughout the year, each offering a one-of-a-kind adventure under the stars. All hikes start at the Visitor Center and are perfect for nature lovers of all ages.

Enjoy the enchanting glow of the Snow Moon while skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking along a beautifully lit trail featuring candle luminaries. Ask the park about rental equipment availability.

The event is free of charge and open to the public. An annual or daily vehicle permit is required for park entrance and can be purchased online or at the park.
