Turtle River State Park
Join us for our annual fishing derby on May 15 at 10 a.m.! Learn to tie knots, cast, and even try your hand at fishing. We will be giving away door prizes and a first fish award so be sure to stick around as you must be present to win. Not into fishing? No problem as we will have an activity table and a scavenger hunt.
Stick around until the evening for an amphitheater program on Reptiles and Amphibians at 8 p.m. Explore the scaly and slimy friends you may find in the park and North Dakota.
This event is free and open to the public.
Vehicle passes are required for all vehicles entering ND State Parks. Guest 16 and older are required to have their fishing license to fish.
