Great Backyard Bird Count

Participate in the Great Backyard Bird Count with Lewis and Clark State Park. Outdoor educator Bridget will do a crash course on birding basics followed by a guided walk to count birds. Meet at the Visitors Center at 9:30 am.

 

This is a family and beginner-friendly bird walk. Time outside will depend on the number of birds we see. We have a limited number of binoculars available. We will be using eBird/Merlin to log sightings so bring a smartphone if you'd like to record your sightings. As it is February, remember to dress appropriately for the conditions.
