Winter Day Camp

Fort Stevenson State Park is hosting a winter day camp on December 28 for youth ages 10-13 years offering a variety of winter focused activities. Registration fee is $40/participant and includes materials, lunch and a snack. Participation is limited to 12.

The camp begins at 9 am and finishes at 3 pm. Activities and topics include winter safety, animal adaptation, and tracks, snow science, geocaching and orienteering along with snow castle building. Participants will spend some time inside and outdoors so should be prepared and dressed to be outside.
