Flakes of Fury Fat Tire Bike Race

Test your endurance and battle the elements by competing in the Fort Stevenson State Park Flakes of Fury Fat Tire Bike Race!

Saturday, January 22, the event begins at the Fort Stevenson State Park Visitor Center for check-in and the rules meeting. Race starts at 1 p.m. Pre-register to reserve your spot!

Race Details
Race start time: 1 p.m.
Race End: 3 p.m. or when last participant ends, official timing ends at 3 p.m.
The race route will be a series of three laps for a racecourse of approximately 10.5 miles. Click to see map.

Fees and Registration
Registration: Click to register online
Pre-registration fee: $29.99 in advance, open midnight January 1 to noon January 21.
Day-of registration fee: $39.99, open noon January 21 to noon on Race day.
Fees help with hosting the event and maintaining the trails. All sales are Final with the exception of the event being cancelled.

Terrain
The track is relatively level with mild elevation variation. There will be tight turns and occasional head-on bikers. The race will take place on dirt track course, it may or may not turn to groomed snow and ice and/or dirt, all depending on the weather. Either way, bikers will have to power through the trail.

Awards
Awards ceremony will take place following conclusion of the race and after all times have been documented. Prizes for first, second and third in both Men's and Women's divisions will be awarded.
