Come celebrate the Christmas spirit at Fort Ransom State Park's Christmas in July! Decorate your campsite for Christmas. There will also be a parade around the campgrounds to see Santa and get some treats!
Kids can show off their fishing skills at the North Dakota Junior Governor's Cup Youth fishing derby held in the de Trobriand Marina. The derby is open to anyone aged 17 years old and younger.

Take flight with us for our Flitter Flutter weekend! Learn all about butterflies by seeing our monarch habitat up close. Create a bug craft, join a group hike or learn more about moths. All programs are free with park entrance permit and you do not have to be camping to attend our programs.
Bring the whole family for a day of fun brought to you by the Friends of Fort Abraham Lincoln. Activities include barrel train rides, gunnysack races, water activities, bingo and root beer floats. All events will be held at the amphitheater.
Tucked in a secluded corner of the park, the Sunne farmstead is the site of the Annual Sodbuster Days, providing early, horse-drawn farming demonstrations and displays.

Take a step back in time and experience what life was like at an 1870s military fort. Frontier Military Days features authentic tents and gear, living history demonstrations, tomahawk throwing, trader tent and black powder gun demonstrations. Witness the cannon firing at noon and 3:30 pm each day.
